For more than 40 years, LifeSpring Pregnancy Centers has been a place of hope for women and families facing unexpected pregnancies. Today, we have an extraordinary opportunity to establish a permanent location to take our ministry into the future—a home for life!
Last year, we consolidated our two Charlottesville centers, eliminating one lease which strengthened our ability to steward the resources God has provided, thanks to caring individuals like you. Amazingly, God has shown His favor and we will purchase a building in the very same office park where we are already serving women and families!

We have secured financing and set a goal of raising $262,000 (20% of the purchase price) toward the down payment by Dec 31st, 2026. Our desire is to fund this purchase without drawing upon resources budgeted for our ongoing ministry in 2027.

QUESTION 1: Where is the new building located? ANSWER: The new building is located in the same office park as our current Charlottesville location. This is a huge blessing and will make the transition for our clients convenient and smooth while still allowing us to be strategically located between Central VA's two abortion providers.
QUESTION 2: Why purchase a new building when you already have one? Answer: In addition to providing more privacy for the clinic and space to grow the number of clients we serve, purchasing a building eliminates our current lease payments and allows us to invest in a permanent asset, looking forward to the day when LifeSpring would fully own its own building and have neither a lease or mortgage payment.
