HOW TO FUNDRAISE
Fundraise online by choosing from one of the buttons above. Create your own fundraising page where people can easily donate via credit card! You can also download a fundraising form on this page to use instead.
STEP 1
Set your fundraising goal. Aim high and ask people to sponsor you. Ask people in person or by phone and explain why you support LifeSpring Pregnancy Centers.
STEP 2
Gentle reminders are always helpful. Be persistent and share updates on your social media! Don't forget to follow us! @LifeSpringFriendsVA
STEP 3
If you use a physical form, please fill out all the information for your sponsors and bring it along with any cash/checks you receive to Check-In at the Walk! For credit card donations, we must have their phone number so that we can contact them for payment.

Here are a few ways to get a t-shirt...

Complimentary Walk for Life t-shirts will be provided to the first 100 walkers to arrive at the events. *Please note that sizes are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

5k t-shirts are available for purchase leading up to the event. Paying before the day of will make your morning less hectic. You can call 434.979.4516 to pay in advance. Otherwise, payment will be due on the morning of.

Your business can make a difference. Become a sponsor today!
1. Life Walker | Bronze Sponsorship Package: $250-$499
Includes social media coverage, business name on Walk t-shirt, and table at event.
2. Life Jogger | Silver Sponsorship Package: $500-$999
Includes social media coverage, business name on Walk t-shirt, table at event and signage at the event
3. Life Marathoner | Gold Sponsorship Package: $1,000+​
Includes social media coverage, business name on Walk t-shirt, table at event, and a banner at the event
Deadline for sponsorships to include business name on the Walk for Life t-shirts is April 4th.
Each sponsor would be provided with a 10'x10' space to set up their own table/display. Silver sponsors would have their name and logo on a 18”h x 24”w sign at the event. Gold sponsors would have their name and logo on a 2’h x 5’w banner at the event.


Calling all local artisans and crafters!
Do you have a small business or side hustle that you'd like to promote? We invite you to showcase your products with us. Become a vendor today. Walk check-in begins at 9:30AM and guests are able to shop up until we begin walking at 11:00AM. There is no fee for vendors to market with us: however, we kindly ask that you donate at least 10% of your proceeds towards LifeSpring.

READY TO REGISTER?
HERE'S HOW!
1. Click “REGISTER TO FUNDRAISE” for the walk you are attending. This will take you to our Event page in FundEasy, our fundraising platform.
2. Once in FundEasy, click “Register” on the righthand side of the page.
3. Enter your personal information and click “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
4. If you’re new to FundEasy, you will be prompted to create an account. Enter your email and create a secure password. Confirm your password and click “CREATE ACCOUNT.”
5. A video will pop up. Feel free to watch it and learn how to use FundEasy.
6. You should have your very own fundraising page!
7. You can now edit your page and customize it with things like photos, updates, and personal messages that your donors can see.
8. On the right hand side of your page there should be a “Spread the Word” section. There you will find a link to your personal fundraising page. Feel free to email, text, or post the link to your social media so that friends and family members can donate through your page.


What to Expect for Checking in at the Walk
We HIGHLY encourage you to complete all your fundraising online through our user - friendly platform, FundEasy.
This year, we are doing our best to simplify registration for those fundraising and the staff checking people in at the Walk(s). Once you arrive on the day of the Walk(s), head to the registration table to get checked in. We have created a simple form that a staff/volunteer member will walk you through.
You will be asked a series of questions regarding personal information like name, email, and phone #. Then a staff member/volunteer will fill out details regarding the donations that you collected and write the total on the bottom of the form. If you meet one of our fundraising goals, you will receive the corresponding prize! Prizes will not be given out at the walk(s). They will be ordered and available at a future date.
Once your prize is ready, we will contact you so that you can come by our center and pick it up. In order to receive your prize, we must have updated contact information on each registration form.
